.DISCUSSION...

Overcast conditions and a slight chance of brief and very light
rain expected this morning. This afternoon, clouds will scatter
partially and west-northwest winds will pick up to around 10 mph
with gusts 20-25 mph, and possibly near 30 mph on wind exposed
slopes. Daytime relative humidity will fall to near 55% as clouds
scatter out. Clouds return around 5pm, quickly increasing
humidity to 90-100% and remaining near 100% overnight.
Slope/valley winds late in the evening and overnight will weaken;
west winds 5-10 mph with gusts mainly below 20 mph. Similar winds
from this afternoon expected Saturday afternoon with minimum
humidity dropping to near 50% and recovering to around 90%
overnight Saturday into Sunday.
