.DISCUSSION...
Light drainage winds seen this morning and Sunday morning become
southwesterly by 1000-1100 PDT today and tomorrow with the sea
breeze, returning to light downsloping flow after 1900-2000 PDT.
Marine layer stratus are sitting at an elevation of 2200-2700ft
MSL this morning, with excellent moisture recoveries at and below
these levels. Visibility reductions expected at elevations above
2200ft in the clouds. Ridgetops seeing much less recovery, closer
to 60-70 percent. Humidity falls to 35-45 percent this afternoon
along the ridgetops and east- southeast facing slopes. Similar
marine clouds and coincident moisture recovery forecast expected
for tomorrow as today`s. Patchy fog/drizzle is possible overnight
tonight into Sunday morning.
