Dry weather continues into Tuesday with elevated westerly winds in the afternoon aided by channeling through the Banning Pass and other west-east oriented valleys. After overnight recovery to around 50 percent Tuesday morning, afternoon humidity falls back to near 20 percent. Similar moisture recovery expected Tuesday night. Elevated westerly winds picking up by noon, eventually decreasing by 7-8 PM. Strongest westerly winds gusts up to 25 mph. Wind gusts 30-40 mph within and east of the main Banning Pass in the afternoon/early evening. .TUESDAY... Sky/weather.........Mostly sunny (0-10 percent). Max temperature.....Around 86.
