.DISCUSSION...
Generally weak winds early this afternoon except over the
ridgetops. Variable winds 1-4 mph will become north to
northeasterly and breezy after 1200-1300 PST. Winds will be
somewhat erratic in direction and intermittent this afternoon,
with periods of calmer winds. Winds will strengthen early Thursday
morning. Very dry conditions, humidity in the single digits for
most of today with very poor recovery around 12% tonight.
