.DISCUSSION...
A Red Flag Warning remains in effect through 11 AM Friday.
Northeast Santa Ana winds are expected Thursday into Friday. Winds
are expected to weaken Thursday night into Friday morning, but
remain out of the east until mid-morning. By the late morning,
winds will begin to shift onshore. Humidity will be slow to
recover, with minimum relative humidity falling to 11 percent
Thursday afternoon. Humidity recovery will still be poor Thursday
night into Friday. For Friday through the weekend, there will be
weaker winds with a gradual recovery in humidity.
