.DISCUSSION...
Clouds will build over the mountain ridges this afternoon before
dissipating around sunset. 10-15% chance for a shower in the
afternoon. Otherwise, north to north-west breezes most of the day
will turn westerly late in the afternoon after 1600 PDT. A brief
period of calm winds follows tonight before north winds resume
early Saturday morning, strengthening through the morning before
gradually decreasing late in the afternoon and evening. Very dry
conditions today and Saturday, with moderate to good recovery
tonight. Sun-Tues: dry weather with low daytime humidity and poor
to moderate overnight recovery. Generally weak offshore winds
overnight with northwest to west afternoon breezes each day.
