.DISCUSSION...
Wednesday`s forecast is a rinse and repeat of what was seen
Tuesday, with afternoon high temperatures in the mid 80s with
humidity falling to near 20 percent. Lower elevations in the
Banning Pass will see high temperatures in the mid 90s. Overnight
moisture recovery 60 to 70 percent. Mid-level monsoonal moisture
with bring high based showers over the deserts again Wednesday
afternoon. These showers will be too far to the north/east and too
high based to bring any concerns for outflow winds to the fire.
With this, expecting the sea breeze to reign dominant again
Wednesday, with west-southwesterly gusts up 20-25 mph in the
afternoon and evening.
