sunny. Winds remain light, with predominantly westerly flow up to
10 mph in the afternoon hours today and Thursday with the sea
breeze, with more variable winds overnight. Minimum humidity this
afternoon is only about 50 percent but a shallower marine layer
tonight allows humidity to fall to near 30 percent on Thursday.
