THE LOWEST HUMIDITY FOR INLAND AREAS IS EXPECTED ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY, FALLING TO 10 TO 15 PERCENT EACH DAY. THE COMBINATION OF VERY STRONG WINDS, VERY DRY AIR, AND CRITICALLY DRY FUELS WILL RESULT IN A PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS FIRE WEATHER SITUATION FOR WEDNESDAY MORNING FOR THE MOUNTAINS AND VALLEYS IN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY AND FOR THE SANTA ANA MOUNTAINS AND INLAND ORANGE COUNTY. WINDS WILL BE ON THE RISE IN THE WESTERN DISTRICTS STARTING BY MID-MORNING TODAY AND WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN DISTRICTS OVERNIGHT TONIGHT. WIND GUSTS OF 40-50 MPH ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WESTERN DISTRICTS FROM MID-MORNING TODAY THROUGH TOMORROW MORNING. WIND GUSTS OF 20-35 MPH ARE POSSIBLE FOR THE CENTRAL AND EASTERN DISTRICTS OVERNIGHT TONIGHT THROUGH TOMORROW MORNING. LIGHT PRECIPITATION CHANCES EXITS FROM THIS EVENING THROUGH TOMORROW EVENING, WITH THE BEST CHANCES IN THE HIGHER TERRAIN IN THE EASTERN DISTRICTS.
