.DISCUSSION...
Warmer for Wednesday and Thursday with high temperatures 5 to 10
degrees above average for inland areas. Not quite as hot for
Friday through early next week with the coast and valleys near to
around 5 degrees below average with the deserts around 5 degrees
above average. Elevated fire weather conditions on Thursday
afternoon and early evening for the deserts onto the desert slopes
of the mountains with lowest humidity of 8 to 15 percent and
southwest winds with gusts to 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 35 to 45
mph in the northern Coachella Valley below the San Gorgonio Pass.
The marine layer depth will decrease Wednesday and Thursday, only
impacting coastal areas before deepening slightly for the weekend
into early next week.
