.DISCUSSION...
Weak to locally moderate Santa Ana winds continue today with wind
gusts of 30-45 mph in and below the passes, canyons, foothills
and locally into the valleys. Humidity has fallen to near 20
percent in the Inland Empire today but offshore winds weaken and
transition back onshore on Tuesday, strengthening Tuesday night.
Another round of weak to locally moderate Santa Ana winds follow
for Wednesday morning through Friday, peaking late Wednesday into
Thursday. Gradual warming and dry weather Thursday through early
next week. No precipitation expected over the next week.
