.DISCUSSION...
Warm weather will continue away from the coast, with a shallow
marine layer leading to patchy dense fog each morning through
early this week within 10 miles of the coast. High pressure will
strengthen into the work week, leading to hot temperatures for inland
areas. High temperatures will be in the triple digits for much of the
Inland Empire and lower deserts, and locally into the inland San Diego
county valleys. A subtle cooling trend will occur by later next week,
though still hot for inland regions. Daytime humidities will be
10-18 percent across the mountains and deserts through this week.
