weak Santa Ana winds will prevail this morning through Saturday,
peaking on Tuesday and Friday mornings with gusts 25-40 mph below
the wind prone passes, canyons, and foothills. High temperatures
will be well above normal each day with afternoon humidity around
15-20% away from the coast. Overnight humidity recovery will be
poor in the wind-prone areas and thermal belts.
