High pressure will bring very hot inland weather, along with very
warm nights, through the weekend. For Monday through Thursday of
next week, a return of monsoonal moisture will bring chances of
afternoon thunderstorms for the mountains and deserts with the
greater chances on Tuesday and Wednesday. Then drying with a
cooling trend going into the final weekend in July.
