.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 AM, a 1039 mb high was over northeast Nevada and a 1015 mb
low was over Ensenada, Mexico. This strong offshore flow will
continue today, generating choppy and hazardous boating
conditions, before gradually diminishing this afternoon and
evening. Weaker offshore flow will persist tonight through Friday
morning. Weak onshore flow develops late Friday and continues
through Saturday, followed by weak offshore flow again Sunday.
