At 2 AM, a 1026 mb high was 700 NM west of Cape Mendocino, a 1028
mb high was over eastern Idaho, and a 1008 mb low was over
Phoenix. Patchy dense fog with visibility of 1 nautical mile or
less is expected this morning. Generally weak onshore flow will
prevail through Saturday. A weak coastal eddy circulation is
likely Wednesday night into Friday.
