.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...
At 2 PM, a broad 1023 mb high was centered over northwestern
Arizona and a 1008 mb low was 600 nm west of San Diego. Weak
onshore flow prevails today and tonight. Winds become southerly
and increase late Monday in advance of a storm before calming
behind the front late Tuesday. Southwest flow strengthens late
Wednesday night, with gusts exceeding 25 mph at times through
Friday.
