...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WEBSTER...SOUTHEASTERN DALLAS
AND SOUTHWESTERN LACLEDE COUNTIES THROUGH 1215 PM CDT...

At 1152 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Marshfield, moving northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Windyville, Elkland, Conway, Northview, Lebanon, Bennett Springs,
Morgan, Twin Bridges, Bennett Spring State Park, Rader, Niangua,
Marshfield, Phillipsburg, Long Lane, and Charity.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 91 and 132.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
