Afternoon heat index values of 100 to 105 degrees. Scattered showers and storms this afternoon and evening, mainly along and east of Highway 65. Wind gusts up to 60mph and locally heavy rainfall may occur in the strongest storms. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday. Afternoon heat index values in the upper 90s to around 100 may occur.
