...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM SATURDAY TO
11 PM PDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...High elevation snow expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to 4 to 8 inches.

* WHERE...Cascades of Whatcom and Skagit Counties including Rainy
  Pass. Heaviest accumulation above 4500 feet.

* WHEN...From 11 PM Saturday to 11 PM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow accumulations will occur above 4500
  feet. People planning on visiting the backcountry should plan
  accordingly for winter weather conditions.
