.SYNOPSIS...A warming trend will start the week as an upper ridge
strengthens over western Washington. The ridge will weaken and
onshore flow will increase for a brief cooling trend midweek
before warmer conditions return as upper ridging rebuilds.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds near the summit will make it difficult to
move safely and could produce local whiteout conditions. A high
level of skill and experience in alpine terrain, including use of
GPS, is recommended for navigation and camping in these
conditions.
