...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT TUESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions will peak at the burn site today
under high pressure aloft and a thermal trough along the coast. This
will result in very dry conditions today with poor RH recoveries overnight.
Onshore flow will increase Tuesday afternoon as the upper ridge breaks
down and the thermal trough shifts inland, and west winds will increase
to bring in increased onshore flow and more moisture to the burn site.
This will bring better overnight RH recoveries into Wednesday morning.
