...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT TUESDAY FOR MUCH OF THE
WESTERN WASHINGTON LOWLANDS...
...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FOR HOT, DRY, AND UNSTABLE CONDITIONS UNTIL
9 PM PDT SUNDAY FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 661, 658, AND 659...

.DISCUSSION...Hot and dry conditions continue, with 80s and 90s and RHs
20-30% across much of the mountains and the lowlands south of Puget
Sound. Overnight recoveries are poor due to offshore flow. Unstable
conditions will lead to critical fire weather conditions over the
mountains with elevated conditions across the lowlands south of Puget
Sound today. Unstable conditions will continue through the first
half of the week, though humidity values will increase each day.
Slight chance of thunderstorms over the Cascades Tuesday and
Wednesday with increasing moisture.

Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
