.DISCUSSION...The air mass will remain cool and showery tonight and
Sunday as a pair of cool upper lows track over the area. High
elevation mountain snow is expected on Sunday. The flow turns
offshore on Monday and Tuesday but RHs remain above critical
thresholds. Onshore flow resumes on Wednesday and a frontal system
brings more rain toward the end of the week.

 Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
