Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Western Washington
National Weather Service Seattle WA
811 AM PDT Mon Aug 11 2025

...HEAT ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 PM PDT TUESDAY...

.DISCUSSION...This afternoon into Tuesday look to be the driest days
with minimum RH values in the 20-35% range, with the lowest values
being located within the Cascade valleys and southern lowlands. The
warmest temperatures will be in the 90s. Releative humidity
recoveries tonight will only be moderate. Troughing will develop on
Wednesday, which will help moderate temperatures and increase onshore
flow across the region and bring chances for rain by late week.

Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
