.SYNOPSIS FOR THE NORTHERN AND CENTRAL WASHINGTON COASTAL AND
INLAND WATERS....High pressure over the waters will shift inland
tonight with a weak front approaching the coastal waters on
Thursday as it falls apart. Another stronger frontal system will
move across the waters on Friday, followed by a low that
approaches the coast by Sunday. High pressure returns to the
waters early next week.
