NCO production analysts and GDIT supercomputer support identified
a node failure that occurred on our job scheduler software, which
prevented the scheduler from executing production jobs on the
WCOSS primary supercomputer.  Around 14/0820Z, NCO production
analysts switched the job scheduler software to run on a backup
node to enable production jobs to execute on the WCOSS primary
supercomputer again.
