Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Western Greenbrier County. * WHEN...Until 4 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow showers combined with wind will result in blowing snow.
