...DENSE FOG AT THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS THIS MORNING...

Fog will be locally dense along and near the Blue Ridge and across
the Grayson Highlands this morning. The area along I-77 between
Hillsville and the North Carolina state line, and along the Blue
Ridge Parkway between Blowing Rock and Meadows of Dan will have
visibilities as low as few hundred feet.

Those traveling across this region this morning should be prepared
for poor visibility and slowed traffic at times. Use low beam
headlights, and give yourself more time to get to your
destination. This fog should dissipate after daybreak.
