COUNTIES IN SOUTHEASTERN WEST VIRGINIA THROUGH 345 AM EDT...

At 330 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 12 miles southeast of Addison (Webster Springs)
to near Trout. Movement was southeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
