Total snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous.
