...BLIZZARD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 7 PM THIS EVENING TO
4 PM EST THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
  between 4 and 8 inches. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, especially bridges and overpasses, will likely
  become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4
  mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are
  expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially life-
  threatening. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Strong
  winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Travel should be restricted to emergencies only. If you must
travel, have a winter survival kit with you. If you get stranded,
stay with your vehicle. The latest road conditions for the state

  inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Northwest Randolph, Southeast Webster, Barbour,
  Upshur, and Southeast Nicholas Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 4 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute. Gusty
  winds could bring down tree branches.
