...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO 1 PM
EST TUESDAY...

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up
  to two inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, and
  central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern, and western
  West Virginia.

* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
  conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute.
