* At 310 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Lake
  Vesuvius, moving northwest at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Ironton, Jackson, Oak Hill, Lake Vesuvius, Greenup, Gallia,
  Flatwoods, Russell, Vernon, Waterloo, Raceland, Worthington,
  Wurtland, Aid, Hanging Rock, Mabee, Gage, Grays Branch, Pedro, and
  Centerpoint.
