...FREEZE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM EDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 expected.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Northwest Randolph, Southeast
  Pocahontas, and Southeast Randolph Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other
  sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
  plumbing.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.

  Webster, Southeast Webster, Barbour, Upshur, Northwest Nicholas,
  Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, and Southeast Raleigh
  Counties.

* WHEN...Until 9 AM EDT this morning.

* IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive
  outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
