Virginia.

Locally heavy rainfall is possible beginning tonight, especially
along the windward slopes. Localized high water is possible.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Locally heavy rainfall is possible through Tuesday afternoon,
especially along the windward slopes. Localized high water is
possible.

Strong to severe storms are possible Thursday through Saturday.
