.DISCUSSION...
Dry, but very cold weather can be expected tonight as the arctic air
remains over the region. A warmer day is on tap for Thursday, as a
southwesterly flow takes hold. Much of the lower elevations may
actually rise above freezing on Thursday.
A weak system will cross the area Thursday night into Friday
morning, providing snowfall as well as a brief turn back to colder
temperatures.
Temperatures return to near normal values for the upcoming weekend
and into early next week amid periodic weak disturbances yielding
some chances of light snow.
