* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of southeast Ohio, including the following
  county, Washington.

* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of Duck Creek and it`s tributaries is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 559 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated flooding of Duck Creek
    and it`s tributaries.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Macksburg.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
