* WHAT...West wind increasing to 25 to 35 mph with gusts to around
  50 mph. Gusts to 60 to 65 mph are possible in the vicinity of
  Clark.

* WHERE...The Cody Foothills.

* WHEN...This afternoon through tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Motorists should watch for strong and
  sudden crosswinds, especially high profile vehicles.
