...FREEZE WATCH IN EFFECT FROM LATE SUNDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY
MORNING...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Increasing chances for showers across the south this morning,
spreading to the northeast through the day. Isolated showers will be
possible over western portions by mid morning, becoming likely after
12PM. Locally heavy rain and possible localized flash flooding will
be the main threat, with a chance for small hail with the stronger
storms.

Snow levels over the west will be dropping from 10000 ft to
6000 ft through the evening as a cold front moves through. This could
result in a wet slushy snow in the Jackson and Star Valleys before
midnight. Winds will be increasing as the cold front progresses
eastward tonight. Expect gusts of 35 to 50 mph across much of the
area. Locally higher gusts to 60 mph will be possible in wind prone
locations.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Sunday...Light snow will continue across the northern and western
mountains, including Yellowstone NP, through the morning and ending
in the afternoon.

Monday...Morning lows on Monday are forecast to be well below
freezing across the state. Western WY may see lows in the teens to
low 20s with the remainder of the state seeing temperatures in the
upper 20s to near 30 degrees.

Tuesday through Friday...Chances for precipitation return to western
portions Tuesday, with more widespread chances Wednesday through
Friday.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
