...COLD WEATHER ADVISORIES IN EFFECT ACROSS LOW ELEVATIONS ON BOTH SIDES
OF THE DIVIDE AND INCLUDING THE BIGHORNS AND TETONS FROM 10 PM THIS
EVENING TO 10 AM MST TUESDAY...

This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for Western and Central Wyoming.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Dangerously cold temperatures are forecast starting Sunday morning.
Clearing in cloud cover has lead to morning lows well below zero and
15 below to 20 below zero in some locations. Sunday highs remain in
the single digits and lower teens. Scattered snow showers are
expected to develop across northern and western WY this morning.
Showers will gradually spread east/south during the afternoon and
evening. Minimal snow accumulation is expected but a coating up to
0.5 inches cannot be ruled out.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Monday...Even colder temperatures are forecast for Monday and
Tuesday morning. Current forecasts are showing morning lows on these
days ranging from the 10 below to as much as 25 below zero. Some
locations could see even colder values if the right conditions are
met. After a very cold start, Monday high temperatures struggle to
get above zero across much of the state.

Tuesday...Gusty southwest wind allows for daytime highs to climb
into the teens and 20s. The wind could lead to areas of blowing snow
across central Wyoming, mainly Natrona County.

Wednesday through Friday...An active and unsettled weather pattern
returns for the second half of the week. Light snow would be favored
across the northwest and northern mountains in this pattern.
Temperatures remain below normal.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Weather spotters are encouraged to report significant weather
conditions according to Standard Operating Procedures.
