.DISCUSSION...
A strong storm system will move into central Wyoming tonight,
switching the southwest winds of this afternoon, to easterly by
midnight. Best guess right now is for snow showers to start at the
site around 0300. Winds will become stronger from the north-
northeast on Thursday with gusts around 15-20 mph. Snow showers
should continue through the day, and the site could see a
rain/snow mix in the middle of the day as temperatures warm to
just above freezing. The heaviest snow should occur Thursday
evening and early Friday morning as colder air moves south and
produces heavier snow rates. NNE winds will continue into Friday,
with snow showers lingering through about 0900 Friday morning.
Best estimate for total snow is 6-8 inches.
