.DISCUSSION...
Increasing cloud cover with mostly dry conditions to start
Tuesday. A nearing disturbance will lead to increased winds from
the west at around 15 mph with gusts of 20 to 25 mph possible at
times. Winds are expected to persist across the area through much
of Tuesday. Morning temperatures will be in the mid to upper teens
across the area. As a result of winds and temperatures, morning
wind chill values look to be in the low single digits. An
isolated snow shower or two cannot be ruled out during the morning
hours on Tuesday. However, chances look to increase by the late
afternoon/evening hours on Tuesday. Any snowfall that occurs over
the area will likely fall Tuesday night into Wednesday with
amounts around 1 inch. Min RH values are forecast to remain well
above criteria with values in the upper 40s to mid 50s.
