.DISCUSSION...

Mainly dry, warm, and windy conditions are forecast through the
afternoon and evening today. Temperatures are expected to get into
the low to mid 60s with min relative humidity ranging around 20 to
25 percent. Winds increase through the morning from the
west/southwest at 15 to 20 mph with gusts of 30 to 35 mph. An
isolated shower cannot be ruled out this afternoon and evening but
little to no moisture is expected to reach the surface with these
showers. The main concerns with any showers would be strong gusty
outflow winds of 40 mph or more. Winds will remain gusty into the
evening and overnight with speeds of 20 to 25 mph and gusts of 35
to 40 mph. Cooler temperatures and increased precipitation
chances are expected to arrive for the upcoming weekend. Chances
for wetting rains will increase throughout the day Saturday into
Sunday.
