.DISCUSSION...
Increasing clouds and storm chances this morning, with a better
chance (~30% coverage) after 4PM through the late evening hours
around 10PM. Light west to northerly winds 5 to 10 mph peaking
after 5PM up to 15 mph from the northwest before becoming less
than 10 mph after 8PM after sunset and through the overnight
hours. Some lingering shower chances overnight but another round
expected more widespread for Friday afternoon/evening (70-80%).
Not as warm in the afternoon with high temperatures in the mid 80s,
giving way to higher minimum relative humidity values above the
25 to 30 percent mark. Smoke dispersal fair at best with weaker
winds expected Thursday and Friday.
