Winds have decreased below critical thresholds for most areas
across the Basin and Range. Winds remain elevated through early
Saturday for the Eastern Sierra, but humidities will continue to
steadily increase and remain above critical thresholds. Therefore,
the Red Flag Warning will be allowed to expire.
