* Warm and dry conditions are expected to continue through the
  remainder of the weekend followed by temperatures warming to
  above normal going through the week.

* For this evening and tonight, wind generally out of the west
  look to gust up around 20-25 mph at the forecast start time
  before decreasing to around 10 mph gusting to around 15 mph a
  little before midnight.

* Breezy southerly to southwesterly winds gusting up to around 20
  mph are forecast for tomorrow afternoon followed by westerly
  winds gusting up to 25 mph during Sunday evening.
