  light breezes and improving ventilation in the afternoon.

* While dry conditions are in the forecast for most of today,
  there is a slight chance (~5-15%) for an isolated
  shower/thunderstorm during the early evening hours today.

* A spring weather system over the weekend brings gusty winds,
  cooler temperatures, as well as shower and thunderstorm chances
  to the region.
