Elevated east to northeast winds continue today along the Sierra
ridgetops with dry conditions across the entire region going
through the rest of the week. Valley inversions persist and last
into Saturday causing fair to marginal ventilation. An overall
quiet pattern continues going into next week aside from a weekend
cooldown as a dry cold front moves through the region.
