from Lassen County to N Washoe County, with chances around 20-40%.
Additional storms are possible late this week, but chances wane

Thunderstorms with a risk of isolated dry lightning and strong
outflows may impact the Tahoe Basin into Alpine County after noon.
The threat moves south and east into Sierra Front by Wednesday
afternoon. Chances are slight (15-25%) each day. Additional storms
are possible late this week, but chances wane after Wednesday.
Otherwise, hot and dry conditions with breezy winds each afternoon
prevail this week.

outflows today that may migrate as far south as far northern Mono
County. This threat spreads south and east into the Sierra and

but chances wane after Wednesday. Otherwise, hot and dry
conditions with breezy winds each afternoon prevail this week.
