.DISCUSSION...
Cool and dry conditions with light breezes prevail into Monday ahead
of a strong winter-like storm. Significant mountain snowfall, valley
rain, and breezy winds are expected from Monday morning through
Wednesday morning. A drying trend will end the week with cooler than
normal temperatures lasting through the weekend. Another storm is
possible next weekend, but confidence is low.
