could bring several inches of snow to portions of the Black Hills and
northeastern Wyoming. Mostly rain is expected at lower elevations.
Drier conditions return Thursday through most of Friday before
another system arrives to close the week. Near average to cooler
than average temperatures are anticipated through the week.
